5-Ingredient Tea from Mumbai

Ingredients

1 1/2 C. water

1/2 tsp of crushed ginger

1 tea bag

1/2 tsp honey

milk (optional)

Directions

In a pan, add the crushed ginger and water over medium heat and cook until boiling.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the heat and through a strainer, strain the water into a mug.

In the mug, add the tea bag and stir the honey until dissolved.

Enjoy Hot.
